2009年湖北省宜昌市手足口病流行病学分析

Epidemiology of hand foot and mouth disease in Yichang, 2009

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨宜昌市手足口病流行病学特征。 方法 对国家疾病监测信息管理系统监测的2009年宜昌市手足口病发病情况进行描述性流行病学分析,并进行实验室检测。 结果 宜昌市手足口病疫情全年呈两个发病高峰,分别在4月、11月。全市疫情分布广泛,13个县(市、区)均有病例报告,以散发为主,局部地区聚集性病例明显。男性发病高于女性,以1~5岁儿童病例为主,各年龄段发病构成差异有统计学意义。 结论 手足口病的发生存在明显季节、地区、性别、年龄差异,防控工作重点为托幼机构,开展手足口病流行病学和病原学研究,将有助于提出更好的预防和控制措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Yichang. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of HFMD in 2009 obtained from national disease reporting information system and laboratory detection was performed. Results Two incidence peaks of HFMD were found in the April and November. The disease distributed widely with cases reporting in every county (city, district). Most cases were sporadic ones, and clusters were found in some areas. The incidence rate in males was higher than in females. Most cases were the children aged 1 to 5 years. The differences on the case proportion in different age group were statistically significant. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD had significant seasonal, regional, sex-specific and age-specific differences. The key places for the prevention and control of HFMD included child care setting, and the epidemiological and etiological studies would facilitate the development of improved prevention and control measures.
