2005-2010年上海市闸北区水痘暴发病例网络直报效能分析

Eefficacy of direct network reporting of varicella outbreak cases in Zhabei, Shanghai, 2005-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 评价中国疾病预防控制信息系统在水痘暴发疫情监测报告中的效能。 方法 通过水痘专报系统收集2005-2010年闸北区报告的水痘暴发疫情病例,分析这些病例在中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的网络直报率、重要项目信息报告完整性和监测敏感性。 结果 上海市闸北区2005-2010年水痘专报系统共报告112起902例病例,网络直报428例(47.45%),其中71例(7.87%)为区疾病预防控制中心调查核实后补报,只有357例(39.58%)为医疗机构报告,网络直报病例与专报病例数呈正相关(r=0.951,P=0.004)。网络直报率呈逐年上升趋势(2趋势=20.178,P=0.000)。医疗机构报告病例中73例(20.45%)重要项目信息不完整,三级医疗机构报告信息完整性(2=30.913,P=0.000)和发病4 d内报告率(2=7.364,P=0.025)均低于一、二级医疗机构。 结论 提高中国疾病预防控制信息系统对水痘疫情报病效能,将有助于控制水痘暴发疫情。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of national disease reporting information system in surveillance of varicella outbreak. Methods The case number of varicella in outbreaks in Zhabei from 2005 to 2010 collected from specialized varicella reporting system was used to analyze the network direct reporting rate, completeness rate and surveillance sensitivity of the national disease reporting information system. Results A total of 902 cases in 112 varicella outbreaks were reported through specialized varicella reporting system, 428 (47.45%) were reported directly through national system, including 71 cases (7.87%) reported by district CDC after verification, only 357 (39.58%) were reported by hospitals. The case number directly reported through national system was positive correlated with that through specialized reporting system (r=0.951,P=0.004). The network direct reporting rate increased over year (2trend=20.178,P=0.000). Among the cases reported by hospitals, 73 were reported with some important information missed. The completeness of reporting and timeliness of reporting (within 4 days of onset) in grade Ⅲ hospitals were all inferior than those in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ hospitals. Conclusion The improvement of the efficacy of varicella reporting through national disease reporting information system would facilitate the control of varicella outbreak.
