  • 摘要:
      目的  设计去中心化电子健康档案(EHR)存储系统,以有效解决EHR的安全存储、高效管理和跨区域利用问题。
      方法  通过提出了集成区块链和星际文件系统(IPFS)技术方案,实现EHR的安全存储和共享。 利用区块链的优势,协同EHR的所有者、管理者和调阅者,实现跨区域的档案安全管理和共享。 利用IPFS的分布式特点存储EHR,可以在降低存储成本的同时提高安全性。
      结果  基于区块链和IPFS等信息技术构建的EHR存储系统,具有跨区域、去中心化、安全存储和易于推广的特点。
      结论  该存储系统能够保障EHR的完整性、安全性和个人隐私,实现跨区域的业务协同,解决跨区域的档案合并及迁移等难题,为EHR的安全推广和应用提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To design a decentralized electronic health record (EHR) storage system to effectively address the problems of secure storage, efficient management, and cross-regional utilization of EHR.
      Methods  A technical solution based on integrated blockchain and interplanetary file system (IPFS) technology was proposed to achieve secure storage and sharing of EHR. By taking advantage of blockchain, the system can collaborate with EHR owners, managers and users to achieve secure management and sharing of files across regions. By using the distribution characteristics of IPFS to store HER can reduce storage costs and improve security.
      Results  The EHR storage system established based on information technology such as blockchain and IPFS has the characteristics of cross-regional utilization, decentralization, secure storage and easy promotion.
      Conclusion  This storage system can guarantee the integrity, security and personal privacy of EHR, realize cross-regional business collaboration, address the problems of combination and transferring of files across regions, and provide technical support for the secure promotion and application of EHR.
