酶联免疫吸附试验检测IgG在布鲁氏菌病病例诊断中的应用

Application of ELASA for detecting IgG in brucellosis diagnosis

  • 摘要: 对琥红平板凝集试验、试管凝集试验尚达不到布鲁氏菌病(布病)诊断标准的有接触史和布病临床症状的患者进行酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),ELISA检测IgG100 U/ml时,对患者进行布病规范用药治疗,观察疗效。ELISA检测IgG100 U/ml的就诊患者,用药后90.7%患者症状有明显改善。

     

    Abstract: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted for the patients with exposure history and brucellosis symptoms if they could not be diagnosed by rose-bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (SAT). When IgG level was higher than 100 U/ml detected by ELISA, the standardized treatment of brucellosis was given to the patients and efficiency of the treatment was observed. The symptoms of 90.7% of these patients were mitigated after the treatment.
