Observation on Curative Effect of Rabeprazole Treating Duodenal Bulbar ulcer

Objective To observe the curative effect of rabeprazole used for treating duodenal bulbay ulcer.Method To randomly select patients of dudenal bulbar ulcer, who will take the rabeprazole 10 mg per day in an opening way as long as two weeks;and to record the changes of abdominal pain,abdominal disten-tion,anorexia,smelly air from stomach and increased production of acid before the treatment and during the medicine - taking period. Results The cure rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer was 92.50% .On the 7th medicine-taking day,the release rate of abdominal pain,abdominal distention,anorexia,smelly air from stomach and increased production of acid reached 98.15%,93.33%,85.37%,88.00%,and 100%,respective-ly.Conclusion The rabeprazole was able to control the symptoms of duodenal blubar ulcer well,so as to com-pletely cure the ulcer.The rabeprazole featured fast effectiveness,stable curative effect,little reciprocity and few side-effects.The rabeprazole was the ideal new-generation of proton-pump stayer for treating duode-nal buldar ulcer.
