  • LI Tie-feng, Email: ltf6302@yahoo.com.cn Abstract: The study was conducted to analyze the conditions of brucellosis epidemic in Jilin from 2000 to 2007 and the causes of the re-increasing incidence of the epidemic, providing evidence for the future prevention and control of this disease. As the incidence of human brucellosis gradually increased, the brucellosis epidemic in Jilin was relatively severe, even highly active with outbreak possibilities in particular areas. The provincial average annual incidence rate was known far higher than the national one. Therefore, in order to arrest the increasing trend, better communication and cooperation between superior and subordinates should be guaranteed to improve the publicity and health education.
