麻疹
  河北省: 2014年2月全省报告829例,发病率1.14/10万。报告病例数较上月上升113.66%,较2013年同期增加820例。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、邢台、承德、保定和廊坊。职业以散居儿童为主,占58.38%;年龄以0~1岁为主,占52.47%;男女性别比为1.51 ∶ 1。
  安徽省: 2014年2月全省报告107例。报告病例数较上月上升311.54%,较2013年同期下降72.98%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为亳州、合肥、阜阳、淮南和马鞍山,居前的区(县市)为谯城区、巢湖市、临泉县、涡阳县和田家庵区。
  浙江省: 2014年2月全省报告107例。报告病例数较上月上升2.24倍,较2013年同期上升1.10倍。报告病例数居前3位的地市为宁波、杭州和金华,居前3位的区(县)为象山县、桐庐县和鄞州区。职业以散居儿童和农民为主,共占45.79%,其次为家务及待业和工人;年龄以0~1岁和25~44岁为主,分别占20.56%和57.01%。2014年截至2月底,全省累计报告140例,无死亡。
人感染H7N9禽流感
  浙江省: 2014年2月全省报告27例,死亡11例。报告病例数居前6位的地市为杭州、金华、绍兴、温州、湖州和台州。职业以农民为主,占40.74%;年龄分布较为分散,中位数56岁;男女性别比为2.86 ∶ 1。2014年截至2月底,全省累计报告88例,死亡28例。
  湖南省: 2014年2月全省报告13例,死亡4例。报告病例数比上月增加11例。报告病例数居前3位的地市为娄底、永州和邵阳。职业以农民为主,占61.54%;年龄以≥20岁为主,占84.62%;男女性别比为2.25 ∶ 1。
流行性感冒
   河北省: 2014年2月全省报告2498例,发病率3.43/10万。报告病例数较上月下降26.64%,较2013年同期上升23.91%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为邯郸、张家口、石家庄、衡水和廊坊。职业以农民为主,占70.14%;年龄以25~69岁为主,占68.33%;男女性别比为1.57 ∶ 1。
   浙江省: 2014年2月全省报告1825例。报告病例数较上月下降48.89%,较2013年同期上升9.93倍。报告病例数居前5位的地市为台州、宁波、绍兴、金华和丽水,居前5位的区(县市)为临海市、黄岩区、越城区、鄞州区和椒江区。职业以农民和散居儿童为主,共占54.79%。
   湖南省: 2014年2月全省报告1434例。报告病例数较上月下降2.05%,较2013年同期上升118.26%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为娄底、长沙、岳阳、郴州和怀化,居前的区(县市)为娄星区、涟源市、宁乡县、汨罗市和双峰县。职业以散居儿童、农民和学生为主,共占77.13%;年龄以0~5岁为主,占44.70%;男女性别比为1.40 ∶ 1。2014年截至2月底,全省累计报告2897例,死亡1例。
  安徽省: 2014年2月全省报告1049例。报告病例数较上月下降41.95%,较2013年同期上升145.09%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、马鞍山、合肥、池州和宣城,居前5位的区(县)为贵池区、颍泉区、宣州区、阜南县和花山区。

  河北省: 2014年2月全省报告2368例,发病率3.25/10万。报告病例数较上月下降5.09%,较2013年同期上升12.55%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、唐山、邯郸、承德和保定。职业以农民和散居儿童为主,分别占48.78%和37.08%;年龄以0~2岁为主,占34.29%;男女性别比为1.48 ∶ 1。
手足口病
  湖南省: 2014年2月全省报告3534例,重症7例,死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降45%,较2013年同期上升62%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、永州、娄底、益阳和邵阳,居前的区(县)为新化县、宁乡县、浏阳市、零陵区及桃江县。职业以散居儿童为主,占92.90%;年龄以0~5岁为主,占96.89%,其中0~3岁占89.22%;男女性别比为1.50 ∶ 1。2014年截至2月底,全省累计报告9966例,死亡1人。
  浙江省: 2014年2月全省报告2203例,重症2例。报告病例数较上月下降34.22%,较2013年同期下降11.56%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、宁波、衢州、金华和台州,报告发病率居前5位的地市为衢州、温州、丽水、宁波和金华。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,共占96.78%;年龄以0~5岁为主,占94.28%,其中1岁和2岁组分别占33.23%和26.92%。


Measles
  Hebei province: In February 2014, a total of 829 cases were reported with the incidence of 1.14/lakh. The reported case number increased by 113.66% and 820 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Chengde, Baoding and Langfang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (58.38%) and in age group 0-1 year (52.74%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.51 ∶ 1.
Anhui province: In February 2014, a total of 107 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 311.54% and declined by 72.98% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Bozhou, Hefei, Fuyang, Huainan and Maanshan, and the first 5 counties (district) were Qiaocheng, Chaohu, Linquan, Woyang and Tianjiaan.
  Zhejiang province: In February 2014, a total of 107 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 2.24 times and 1.10 times respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 3 cities reporting high case numbers were Ningbo, Hangzhou and Jinhua, and the first 3 counties (district) were Xiangshan, Tonglu and Yinzhou. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and farmers (45.79%), followed by household servants/the unemployed and workers. The cases in age groups 0-1 year and 25-44 years accounted for 20.56% and 57.01% respectively. By the end of February, 140 cases had been reported cumulatively without death.
Human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus
  Zhejiang province: In February 2014, twenty-seven cases were reported, including 11 deaths. The first 6 cities reporting high case numbers were Hangzhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing, Wenzhou, Huzhou and Taizhou. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers, accounting for 40.74%. The median age of the cases in different age groups was 56 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.86 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 88 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 28 deaths.
  Hunan province: In February 2014, thirteen cases were reported, including 4 deaths. The reported case number increased by 11 compared with last month. The first 3 cities reporting high case numbers were Loudi, Yongzhou and Shaoyang. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (61.54%) and in people aged ≥20 years (84.62%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.25 ∶ 1.
Influenza
  Hebei province;In February 2014, a total of 2498 cases were reported with the incidence of 3.43/lakh. The reported cases declined by 26.64% and increased by 23.91% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Handan, Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and Langfang. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (70.14%) and in people aged 25-69 years (68.33%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.57 ∶ 1.
  Zhejiang province: In February 2014, a total of 1825 cases were reported. The reported cases declined by 48.89% and increased by 9.93 times respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Taizhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Jinhua and Lishui, and the first 5 counties (district) were Linhai, Huangyan, Yuecheng, Yinzhou and Jiaojiang. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers and children outside child care settings, accounting for 54.79%.
  Hunan province: In February 2014, a total of 1434 cases were reported. The reported cases declined by 2.05% and increased by 118.26% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Loudi, Changsha, Yueyang, Chenzhou and Huaihua, and the first 5 counties (district) were Louxing, Lianyuan, Ningxiang, Miluo and Shuangfeng. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings, farmers and students (77.13%) and in age group 0-5 years (44.70%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.40 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 2897 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 1 death.
  Anhui province: In February 2014, a total of 1049 cases were reported. The reported cases declined by 41.95% and increased by 145.09% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Maanshan, Hefei, Chizhou and Xuancheng, and the first 5 counties (district) were Guichi, Yingquan, Xuanzhou, Funan and Huashan.
Other infectious diarrheal diseases
  Hebei province: In February 2014, a total of 2368 cases were reported with the incidence of 3.25/lakh. The reported cases declined by 5.09% and increased by 12.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan, Chengde and Baoding. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (48.78%) and children outside child care settings (37.08%), and in age group 0-2 years (34.29%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.48 ∶ 1.
Hand foot and mouth disease
  Hunan province: In February 2014, a total of 3534 cases were reported, including 7 severe cases and 1 death. The reported cases declined by 45% and increased by 62% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Yongzhou, Loudi, Yiyang and Shaoyang, and the first 5 counties (district) were Xinhua, Ningxiang, Liuyang, Lingling and Taojiang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (92.90%). The cases in age groups 0-5 years and 0-3 years accounted for 96.89% and 89.22% respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.50 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 9966 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 1 death.
  Zhejiang province: In February 2014, a total of 2203 cases were reported, including 2 severe cases. The reported cases declined by 34.22% and 11.56% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou, Ningbo, Quzhou, Jimhua and Taizhou. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Quzhou, Wenzhou, Lishui, Ningbo and Jinhua. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.78%) and the cases in age groups 0-5 years, 0-1 year and 0-2 years accounted for 94.28%, 33.23% and 26.92% respectively.
