河北省： 2016年9月全省报告1534例，较8月上升29.45%，较2015年同期上升0.72%。报告病例数居前3位的市为邯郸、石家庄及邢台；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为永年县、赵县、肥乡县、易县和藁城区。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告19 280例，较2015年同期上升24.73%。

河南省： 2016年9月全省报告1480例，较8月上升15.81%，较2015年同期上升4.82%。报告病例数居前5位的市为周口、商丘、驻马店、信阳和南阳；报告病例数居前5位的县为沈丘、鹿邑、民权、商水和宁陵。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告16 214例，较2015年同期上升30.56%。

其他感染性腹泻病

安徽省： 2016年9月全省报告8744例，较8月下降32.18%，较2015年同期上升9.85%。报告病例数居前5位的区为蜀山、包河、瑶海、裕安和墉桥。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告71 096例，较2015年同期上升16.55%。

浙江省： 2016年9月全省报告8218例，较8月下降32.22%，较2015年同期上升11.08%。报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波、台州、杭州、绍兴和湖州。

河南省： 2016年9月全省报告5092例，较8月下降27.40%，较2015年同期上升8.20%。报告病例数居前5位的市为郑州、焦作、洛阳、平顶山和开封；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为中原区、金水区、荥阳市、二七区和管城区。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告39 718例，较2015年同期上升7.81%。

河北省： 2016年9月全省报告4688例，较8月下降31.30%，较2015年同期上升0.99%。报告病例数居前5位的市为石家庄、邯郸、保定、唐山和沧州；报告发病率居前5位的市为石家庄、邯郸、唐山、保定和承德。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为栾城区、鹿泉区、裕华区、永年县和行唐县。职业以农民和散居儿童为主，分别占50.66%和28.78%；年龄以20~69岁和0~1岁为主，分别占52.22%和22.87%；男女性别比为1.29 :1。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告41 740例，较2015年同期下降1.67%。

江西省： 2016年9月全省报告3110例，较8月下降6.83%，较2015年同期上升8.70%。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告35 090例，较2015年同期上升16.90%。

湖南省： 2016年9月全省报告2473例，较8月下降7.00%，较2015年同期上升4.30%。报告病例数居前5位的市为长沙、怀化、邵阳、郴州和娄底；报告病例数居前5位的市(县、区)为鹤城区、娄星区、浏阳市、长沙县和雨花区。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告22 677例，较2015年同期上升24.97%。

安徽省： 2016年9月全省报告8988例，重症20例，无死亡。报告病例数较8月下降14.25%，较2015年同期上升142.53%。报告病例数居前5位的市为阜阳、亳州、宿州、合肥和蚌埠；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为谯城区、怀远县、颍上县、临泉县和涡阳县。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告111 935例，较2015年同期上升41.04%。

河南省： 2016年9月全省报告8020例，较8月下降30.69%，较2015年同期上升185.21%。报告病例数居前5位的市为郑州、洛阳、济源、焦作和商丘；报告病例数居前的市(县、区)为济源市、金水区、二七区、民权县和管城区。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告111 791例，较2015年同期上升45.14%。

江苏省： 2016年9月全省报告7043例，重症26例，无死亡。报告病例数较8月下降29.61%，较2015年同期上升80.08%。报告病例数居前3位的市为苏州、南京和无锡；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为吴江区、江阴市、浦口区、常熟市和亭湖区。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告113 123例，较2015年同期上升52.43%。

湖南省： 2016年9月全省报告6905例，死亡2例。报告病例数较8月下降12.67%，较2015年同期下降46.15%。报告病例数居前5位的市为长沙、永州、衡阳、株洲和常德；报告病例数居前5位的市(县、区)为雨花区、祁阳县、醴陵市、宁乡县和湘阴县。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告146 530例，较2015年同期上升46.06%。

浙江省： 2016年9月全省报告5868例，较8月下降43.60%，较2015年同期上升8.55%。报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波、温州、台州、金华和嘉兴。

河北省： 2016年9月全省报告4839例，较8月下降49.74%，较2015年同期上升98.97%。报告病例数居前5位的市为保定、沧州、廊坊、唐山和石家庄；报告病例数居前5位的市(县、区)为任丘市、青县、海港区、三河市和涿州市。2016年截至9月，全省累计报告52 278例，较2015年同期上升8.38%。

Influenza

Hebei province: In September 2016, a total of 1534 cases were reported, an increase of 29.45% and 0.72% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Handan, Shijiazhuang and Xingtai ranked 1^st-3^rd at municipal (prefecture) level, and Yongnian, Zhaoxian, Feixiang, Yixian and Gaocheng ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 19 280 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 24.73% over the same period in 2015.

Henan province:In September 2016, a total of 1480 cases were reported, an increase of 15.81% and 4.82% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Zhumadian, Xinyang and Nanyang ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Shenqiu, Luyi, Minquan, Shangshui and Ningling ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 16 214 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 30.56% over the same period in 2015.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Anhui province:In September 2016, a total of 8744 cases were reported, a decrease of 32.18% and an increase of 9.85% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Shushan, Baohe, Yaohai, Yu'an and Yongqiao ranked 1^st -5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 71 096 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 16.55% over the same period in 2015.

Zhejiang province:In September 2016, a total of 8218 cases were reported, a decrease of 32.22% and an increase of 11.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Ningbo, Taizhou, Hangzhou, Shaoxing and Huzhou ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level.

Henan province: In September 2016, a total of 5092 cases were reported, a decrease of 27.40% and an increase of 8.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo, Luoyang, Pingdingshan and Kaifeng ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Zhongyuan, Jinshui, Xingyang, Erqi and Guancheng ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level.

Hebei province:In September 2016, a total of 4688 cases were reported, a decrease of 31.30% and an increase of 0.99% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Baoding, Tangshan and Cangzhou ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Luancheng, Luquan, Yuhua, Yongnian and Xingtang ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. In reporting high incidence, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Tangshan, Baoding and Chengde ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (50.66%) and children outside child care settings (28.78%), and in age group, 20-69 years (52.22%) and 0-1 year (22.87%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.29 :1. By the end of September, 41 740 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decrease of 1.67% compared with the same period in 2015.

Jiangxi province:In September 2016, a total of 3110 cases were reported, a decrease of 6.83% and an increase of 8.70% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. By the end of September, 35 090 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 16.90% over the same period in 2015.

Hunan province:In September 2016, a total of 2473 cases were reported, a decrease of 7.00% and an increase of 4.30% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Changsha, Huaihua, Shaoyang, Chenzhou and Loudi ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Hecheng, Louxing, Liuyang, Changsha and Yuhua ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 22 677 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 24.97% over the same period in 2015.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Anhui province:In September 2016, a total of 8988 cases, including 20 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases decreased by 14.25% and increased by 142.53% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Fuyang, Bozhou, Suzhou, Hefei and Bengbu ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Qiaocheng, Huaiyuan, Yingshang, Linquan and Woyang ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 111 935 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 41.04% over the same period in 2015.

Henan province:In September 2016, a total of 8020 cases were reported, a decrease of 30.69% and an increase of 185.21% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jiyuan, Jiaozuo and Shangqiu ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Jiyuan, Jinshui, Erqi, Minquan and Guancheng ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 111 791 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 45.14% over the same period in 2015.

Jiangsu province:In September 2016, a total of 7043 cases, including 26 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases decreased by 29.61% and increased by 80.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi ranked 1^st-3^rd at municipal (prefecture) level, and Wujiang, Jiangyin and Pukou, Changshu and Tinghu ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 113 123 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 52.43% over the same period in 2015.

Hunan province:In September 2016, a total of 6905 cases, including 2 deaths, were reported. The reported cases decreased by 12.67% and 46.15% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Changsha, Yongzhou, Hengyang, Zhuzhou and Changde ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Yuhua, Qiyang, Liling, Ningxiang and Xiangyin ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 146 530 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 46.06% over the same period in 2015.

Zhejiang province:In September 2016, a total of 5868 cases were reported, a decrease of 43.60% and an increase of 8.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Jinhua and Jiaxing ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level.

Hebei province:In September 2016, a total of 4839 cases were reported, a decrease of 49.74% and an increase of 98.97% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Baoding, Cangzhou, Langfang, Tangshan and Shijiazhuang ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Renqiu, Qingxian, Haigang, Sanhe and Zhuozhou ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. By the end of September, 52 278 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 8.38% over the same period in 2015.
