2005-2012年辽宁省凌海市肾综合征出血热鼠间疫情分析

Epidemic of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in rodents in Linghai of Jinzhou, Liaoning,2005-2012

  • 摘要: 目的 探索辽宁省凌海市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)鼠间疫情特征,为制定有效防制措施提供依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法分析HFRS鼠间疫情。结果 居民区平均鼠密度4.11%,始终以褐家鼠为优势鼠种。野外平均鼠密度3.00%,优势鼠种由黑线仓鼠转为黑线姬鼠。居民区与野外鼠密度总体差异有统计学意义,野外鼠密度有上升趋势。居民区鼠带病毒率5.24%,鼠带病毒指数为0.0464;野外鼠带病毒率3.42%,鼠带病毒指数0.0320。居民区与野外鼠带病毒率差异无统计学意义,野外鼠带病毒率有下降趋势。发病率与鼠密度、鼠带病毒指数均无相关性。隐性感染率与鼠密度、鼠带病毒指数均无相关性。结论 凌海市鼠间疫情平稳,鼠密度、鼠带病毒指数与发病率、健康人群隐性感染率均无相关性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemic pattern of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in rodents in Linghai of Jinzhou, Liaoning province, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of HFRS. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the HFRS epidemic in rodents in Linghai from 2005 to 2012. Results The average rat density in residential area was 4.11%, the predominant species was Rattus norvegicus. The average rat density in open field was 3.00%, the predominant species changed from Cricetulus barabensis to Apodemus agrarius. The difference in rat density between residential area and open field had statistical significance. There was an obvious increase trend of rat density in open field. The virus carrying rate in rats in residential area was 5.24% with the average virus carrying index of 0.0464. The virus carrying rate in rats in open field was 3.42% with average virus carrying index of 0.0320. There was no obvious difference in the virus carrying rate between the rats in residential area and rats in open field. There was an obvious decline trend of virus carrying rate in rats in open field. There was no correlation between incidence rate and rat density/virus carrying index. There was no correlation between inapparent infection rate and rat density/virus carrying index. Conclusion The HFRS epidemic in rodents in Linghai was stable. There was no correlation between rat density/virus carrying index and incidence rate/inapparent infection rate.
