2011-2015年通州区感染性腹泻监测病例细菌性病原谱分析

Bacterial diarrhea pathogen spectrum in Tongzhou district,Beijing,2011-2015

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2011-2015年通州区感染性腹泻细菌病原谱的变化,为该病的防控提供依据。方法 收集符合纳入标准的病例基本信息,并采集粪便样本,检测相关细菌性病原菌,运用SPSS 17.0软件对结果进行分析。结果 2011-2015年共检测样本3 270份,病原菌检测阳性率为37.71%,除其他菌外,2011年副溶血弧菌所占比例最大为23.40%,而2012-2015年致泻性大肠埃希菌所占比例最大,分别为13.94%、19.40%、49.13%和38.05%。6-9月是检测阳性率的高峰月份,10岁组阳性率较低,其他年龄组检出率均为30%以上。不同年龄组病原谱构成差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 通州区引起感染性腹泻的细菌病原谱,2012年之后由副溶血弧菌为主转变为以致泻性大肠埃希菌为主。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the change in bacterial diarrhea pathogen spectrum in Tongzhou district of Beijing during 2011-2015 and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea.Methods Stool samples were collected from diarrhea patients in sentinel hospital for the detection of related bacterial pathogens.The results were analyzed by using software SPSS 17.0.Results A total of 3 270 stool samples were collected from 2011 to 2015,and the overall positive rate of bacterial pathogens was 37.71%.In addition to other bacteria,the proportion of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was highest (23.40%) in 2011,while the proportions of Escherichia coli were highest (13.94%,19.40%,49.13% and 38.05%) during 2012-2015.The annual positive rate peaked during June-September.The positive rate was low in age group 10 years,and the positive rates were all 30% in other age groups.The differences in pathogen constituent among different age groups was significant (P=0.001).Conclusion Compared with the previous years,bacterial diarrhea pathogen spectrum changed in 2012.The main pathogen of diarrhea had changed from V.parahaemolyticus to E.coli.
