我国钮扣热感染的血清学证据

Serologic Evidence for Boutonneus Fever

摘要: １９９３－１９９４年我们对福建省宁化县林区健康人群和鼠类进行了血清学调查，结果表明，在６２３人份血清标本中有３．９％（２４／６２３）抗康氏立克次体感染，鼠类血清标本中有６．３％（６／９５）抗康氏丘克次体感染。这在国内属首次报道，推测该地区存在钮扣热自然疫源地的可能性。

Abstract: Serological survey of Richettsia conorii for healthy residents and rodents in Ning-hua county,Fujian Province 1993-1994,Rick ettsia conorii antibodies were shown 3.9%(24/623 cases) in residents.The antibodies were also found 6.3%(6/95) in rodents.This is the first re-port in China.The natural infectious focux of boutonneus fever was probably existed in above for-est area.
