Identification of etiology of Kluyvera strains from stool specimens from diarrhea patients

  • 摘要: 目的 鉴定分离自腹泻患者粪便标本的4株革兰阴性杆菌,并对其耐药性和致病性进行研究.方法 用生化和16S rRNA序列分析方法对该菌进行属的鉴定,并用抗坏血酸盐试验和葡萄糖5℃发酵试验进行种间区分,利用bioMerieux公司的ATB G(-)5试条进行该菌的药物敏感性试验,用常规的动物试验进行该菌的致病性研究.结果 分离的4株菌均为抗坏血酸克吕沃菌,除1株菌外,其余 3株菌对所检测的抗生素都有一定的耐药性,而进行的各种动物试验结果均为阴性.结论 该菌对目前常用的抗生素有一定的耐药性,但不表达致泻性大肠埃希菌的一些常见毒素因子.
