Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of brucellosis among human in Gaizhou. MethodsThe epidemiological survey, brucella isolation and serological identification were conducted among key population. ResultsThe positive rate of IBrucella/I infection was 18.63% in the key population in Gaizhou. The predominating strain was IBrucella melitensis/I. ConclusionIt is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis.
