Progress in research on genome rearrangement of Yersinia pestis

  • 摘要: 介绍细菌基因组重排现象的发现、特点以及重排后对细菌遗传和进化所产生的影响。经研究发现鼠疫菌基因组中的插入序列和重复序列是造成鼠疫菌基因组频繁重排的重要原因,不同来源鼠疫菌基因组的重排有一定的规律性,它们之间的遗传学距离以及基因之间相应的连接方式是识别和鉴定鼠疫菌的重要指标。

     

    Abstract: This paper summaries the discovery of genome rearrangement of bacteria and its characteristics and impact on bacteria heredity and evolution; The frequent genome rearrangement of Yersinia pestis was mainly caused by insertion sequences and repeated sequence in genome of Yersinia pestis. The genome rearrangement of Yersinia pestis from different source has its patterns, Their genetics distance and linking mode were the important indicators to identify Yersinia pestis.
