目的 分析北京市西城区流行性感冒(流感)的流行情况,为制定防控措施提供依据。 方法 收集辖区流感监测哨点医院流感样病例(ILI)咽拭子标本,用实时荧光RT-PCR方法进行核酸检测后用细胞培养方法进行病毒分离,并对分离的流感毒株进行型别鉴定。 结果 2010年10月至2011年4月共报告ILI 17 549例,其就诊百分比平均为2.24%(17 549/784 625)。采集ILI标本905件,病毒核酸检测阳性297件,总阳性率为32.82%,细胞培养病毒分离血凝测定阳性70株,分离阳性率为23.57%,其中甲型H1N1 35株,季节性H3 25株,乙型Victoria 7株,甲未分型3株。 结论 2010-2011年流感流行高峰在12月和1月,存在甲型H1N1、季节性H3和B型3种流感流行。
Objective To understand the incidence of influenza in Xicheng district in Beijing and provide evidence for influenza prevention and control. Methods The throat swabs were collected from the influenza like illness (ILI) patients in two sentinel hospitals in Xicheng district to conduct RT-PCR for influenza virus nucleic acid detection, and MDCK cell was used for the isolation of virus. Results A total of 17 549 ILI cases were reported from October 2010 to April 2011, accounting for 2.24% of all outpatients (17 549/784 625). Among 905 throat swabs collected, 297 were positive in influenza virus nucleic acid detection (32.82%). Seventy influenza virus strains were isolated (23.57%), including 35 strains of A (H1N1) pdm 09 virus, 25 strains of seasonal A (H3) virus, 7 strains of B virus/Victoria lineage and 3 strain of A virus unspecified. Conclusion The incidence of influenza peaked during December-January in Xicheng district during 2010-2011, A (H1N1) pdm 09 virus, seasonal A (H3) virus and B virus co-circulated.
