Abstract: Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by human infection of influenza virus with the characteristics of high morbidity and rapid spread. Therefore, it is important to conduct early warning to timely detect the outbreak of influenza. This paper summarizes the ultimate principles, merits/demeritsand application of several common influenza early warning methods for the purpose of providing reference for the influenza early warning.
