Distribution of 20 enterotoxin and enterotoxin-like genes in Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from healthy carriers in Beijing

  • 摘要: 目的 了解健康从业人员携带金黄色葡萄球菌的肠毒素分布情况。方法 收集北京市朝阳区健康从业人员鼻部携带金黄色葡萄球菌100株,对20种肠毒素和类肠毒素基因进行检测,并进行spa分型和多位点序列分型(MLST)分析。结果 100株金黄色葡萄球菌菌株中,64株菌(64%)携带1种或多种肠毒素基因。最常见的肠毒素基因分别为sea、seg、selm、seln、sell和seb。最常见的肠毒素类型为sea和selp,检出率均为10%。肠毒素sea主要分布在ST6(29.4%,5/17)和ST401(29.4%,5/17)型菌株。携带单一selp肠毒素基因的菌株50%均属于spa t796型。结论 健康从业人员金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因的高携带率可能成为食物中毒不可忽视的危险因素。
