Progress in research of natural infection status of Bartonella in rodents

  • 摘要: 巴尔通体为革兰染色阴性杆菌,寄生于脊椎动物红细胞内,可引起巴尔通体病。随着交通、旅游业的发展和原生环境的开发,人类与鼠形动物的接触机会增多,可能导致巴尔通体病大范围传播,对人类健康造成潜在的威胁。本研究对巴尔通体的生物学特性、宿主动物、传播媒介以及流行现状等方面进行了综述。

     

    Abstract: Bartonella is a gram-negative bacillus that is parasitic on the erythrocyte of vertebrate and can cause bartonellosis. With the development of traffic and the exploitation of native environment, human have more opportunities to contact with rodents, which might result in the wide spread of bartonellosis and pose threats to human health. This paper summarizes the progress in research of biological characteristics, host animals, vectors and epidemic situation of Bartonella.
