关口前移,联防联控,严防人兽共患病

  • 摘要: 人兽共患病种类繁多,流行趋势复杂,狂犬病、结核病、布鲁氏菌病等原有人兽共患病不断连发、再发,禽流感、严重急性呼吸窘迫综合征(SARS)、中东呼吸综合征(MERS)等新发人兽共患病接连出现,而随着全球交流日益增多,埃博拉出血热、MERS、疯牛病、亨–尼帕脑炎、西尼罗病毒病、裂谷热、寨卡病毒病、黄热病等外来人兽共患病则威胁不断。 人兽共患病在世界范围内形势严峻,关系重大,其防控不仅事关国家全局,还关系到健康养殖、食品安全、公共卫生安全、国家生物安全以及社会的和谐稳定。 针对不同人兽共患病,政府和科研机构要加强研究,科学防控,建立优化各种病原体的检测方法,研发制备行之有效的疫苗和药物,完善机制,联防联控,努力建立协同联动机制共同预防应对重大传染病疫情的发生和发展。

     

    Abstract: Zoonoses are numerous worldwide. The epidemiological trend are complicated. The old zoonoses including rabies, tuberculosis, brucellosis, and so on, are constantly occurring. The new zoonoses containing avian influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) are continuously emerging. And foreign zoonoses, such as Ebola haemorrhagic fever, MERS, mad cow disease, Henry-Nipah encephalitis, west nile virus disease, Rift Valley fever, Zika virus disease, yellow fever, pose increasing threats to the public. Zoonose is a serious and important disease globally, which is of great importance to the whole situation, the healthy farming, the food safety, the public health security, the national biosafety and the social harmony and stability. The government and research institutions should strengthen the scientific research of control and prevention of zoonoses, establish and optimize the methods to detect the pathogens, and develop effective vaccine and medicine. It is necessary to perfect the mechanism to combine the prevention and control and try to cope with the occurrence and development of major infectious diseases.
