2018年辽宁省居民主要健康状况评价及分析

Health status of residents in Liaoning province, 2018

  • 摘要:
      目的  以《辽宁省卫生与人群健康状况报告》为基础,对辽宁省居民主要健康状况评价指标结果进行分析,为当地疾病防控策略提供参考。
      方法  收集2018年辽宁省户籍居民死因监测数据、恶性肿瘤发病数据、传染病发病数据和2016年高血压、糖尿病患病数据等指标,对辽宁省居民的主要健康状况评价指标进行描述和分析。
      结果  辽宁省城乡居民粗死亡率分别为944.30/10万和786.76/10万。 城市居民恶性肿瘤发病粗率为407.15/10万。 18岁以上居民高血压和糖尿病患病率分别为26.97%和11.25%。 高血压患病率城市低于农村,男性高于女性;糖尿病患病率城市高于农村,男性低于女性。 传染病报告发病率为312.95/10万。
      结论  辽宁省居民慢性病患病率和传染病发病率可以实现《“健康辽宁2030”行动纲要》目标。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the health status of residents in Liaoning province by using major health indicators and based on “The report of public health and population health status in Liaoning province”, and provide evidence for the timely adjustment of disease prevention and control in Liaoning.
      Methods  The data about the causes of death, the incidence of malignant tumors and the incidence of communicable diseases in 2018, and the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes in 2016 in residents in Liaoning were collected for the analysis and description of the health status of local residents.
      Results  The crude death rates were 944.30/100 000 and 786.76/100 000 in the residents in urban area and rural area in Liaoning, respectively. The crude incidence rate of malignant tumors in the urban residents was 407.15/100 000. The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were 26.97% and 11.25% in the residents over 18 years old. The prevalence rate of hypertension was lower in the urban residents than in the rural residents, and it was higher in men than women. The prevalence rate of diabetes was higher in the urban residents than in the rural residents, and it was lower in men than in women. The reported incidence rate of communicable diseases was 312.95/100 000.
      Conclusion  The prevention and control of chronic diseases and communicable diseases in residents in Liaoning can reach the goals of the action plan of “Healthy Liaoning 2030”.
