摘要:
目的 对2021年大连市某羊汤馆一起布鲁氏菌病(布病)暴发疫情进行调查与分析,探讨菌病发病原因及流行特点,为布病疫情防控与预防类似事件提供建议。 方法 制定个案调查表,开展现场流行病学调查,实验室进行试管凝集试验,采用描述性流行病学方法对调查内容和实验结果进行分析。 结果 此次疫情共发现6例确诊病例及3例隐性感染者。 病例发病时间为2021年8月11日至10月2日,呈现持续同源的暴发模式。 临床表现主要为发热、肌肉关节痛、乏力等。 6例确诊病例中,5例从事帮厨工作,1例帮忙宰杀处理病羊,可疑暴露因素为处理加工病羊羊肉以及食用未煮熟的羊肉。 结论 大连市此次疫情为一起因加工和食用布鲁氏菌污染的羊肉及制品导致的布病暴发疫情,应加强对职业人群的宣传教育,提高防护意识,以控制和减少布病疫情的发生。 Abstract:Objective To investigate the causes and epidemic characteristics of an outbreak of brucellosis in a sheep soup restaurant in Dalian city.To provide suggestions for brucellosis epidemic prevention and control and prevention of similar events. Methods Carried out field epidemiological investigation and collected blood sample for tube agglutination test. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the case investigation and experimental results. Results After investigation, a total of six cases and three latent infection cases were found. The onset of the case was from August 11 to October 2 in 2021, and represented a homologous outbreak pattern. The main clinical manifestations of the cases were fever,muscle and joint pain,fatigue,etc. Five cases were engaged in kitchen work, and one had helped slaughter and dispose of sick sheep.processed diseased mutton and ate uncooked mutton were suspected exposure factors. Conclusion This was an outbreak of human brucellosis in Dalian caused by processing diseased mutton and esting uncooked mutton with bacteria. it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of professional people and raise the awareness of protection to control and reduce the epidemic of brucellosis. -
