2023年河北省2例B3基因型麻疹病例的流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of two measles cases caused by genotype B3 virus in Hebei, 2023

    目的 调查2023年河北省一起麻疹疫情的流行病学特征,采取有效防控措施。
    方法 对2例麻疹病例进行流行病学调查,采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行麻疹IgM抗体检测,采用反转录聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法进行麻疹病毒核酸检测,对PCR扩增产物进行核酸序列测序。
    结果 本次疫情2例病例麻疹血清学检测为阳性,麻疹病毒核酸检测为阳性,核酸序列比对结果为麻疹病毒B3基因型。
    结论 河北省首次发现B3基因型麻疹病例,目前没有出现后续传播。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of two cases of measles in Hebei province in 2023 and provide evidence for the effective prevention and control of the epidemic.
    Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out for the two cases. Serum IgM to measles virus was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, measles virus nucleic acid was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and PCR products were sequenced.
    Results The results of serological test and nucleic acid test of measles virus were positive, and the results of the sequence alignment indicated that pathogen was measles virus B3.
    Conclusion It was the first time that measles case caused by genotype B3 virus was reported in Hebei. No secondary transmission occurred.
