替加环素耐药机制研究进展

Progress in research of mechanism of tigecycline resistance

  • 摘要: 多重耐药菌的出现,给临床抗感染的治疗带来极大的挑战,而替加环素作为一种新型的四环素类药物被用于“最后一道防线”。 但近年来替加环素耐药多有报道,本研究旨在对目前替加环素耐药机制包括主动外排泵、基因突变、Tet家族等研究进展进行综述,以期为解决替加环素多重耐药问题提供更多的思路。

     

    Abstract: The emergence of multi-drug resistant bacteria has brought great challenges to clinical anti-infection treatment, and tigecycline, a new tetracycline drug, is used as the“last line drug”. But in recent years, there have been many reports of tigecycline resistance.This paper summarizes the mechanisms of tigecycline resistance, including active efflux pump, gene mutation and Tet family, to provide more ideas for the prevention of multi-drug resistance to tigecycline
