  • 摘要:   目的  综合评价江西省法定传染病报告质量,提高传染病疫情报告质量。   方法  采用分层整群多阶段抽样收集2017—2021年江西省医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告情况,运用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据统计和分析,应用TOPSIS法对法定传染病报告质量进行综合评价。   结果  2017—2021年江西省法定传染病报告率98.28%,不同级别医疗机构报告率从高到低依次为三级、二级、一级和未分级;医疗机构法定传染病报告综合质量也依次下降;2017—2021年江西省传染病报告综合质量前3位的地市分别为鹰潭市、景德镇市和萍乡市;建立医院信息系统(HIS)的医疗机构法定传染病报告综合质量优于未建立的,有传染病报告管理功能的医疗机构法定传染病报告综合质量优于没有的。  结论  江西省2017—2021年医疗卫生机构传染病报告质量总体较好,但仍存在漏报,报告不及时,填报不完整、不准确等现象,医疗机构HIS的建立和传染病报告管理功能的健全能有效提高传染病报告综合质量。
