  • 摘要: 布鲁氏菌病(布病)是一种广泛流行的人兽共患传染病,是发展中国家乃至全球所面临的重要的公共卫生问题。快速诊断和精准检疫是预防和控制布病的关键。荧光偏振分析(FPA)作为世界动物卫生组织批准的检测动物布病的方法,近年来也有检测人类布病的报道。本研究将对FPA的原理、人(畜)布病的诊断研究进展进行阐述,为FPA在国内的发展提供理论依据。
