Analysis on surveillance data of human brucellosis in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region , 2021−2023

    目的 了解2021—2023年新疆维吾尔自治区(新疆)人间布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情特征,为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。
    方法 收集中国疾病预防控制信息管理系统2021—2023年新疆人间布鲁氏菌病监测数据(不包括新疆生产建设兵团),剔除疑似、重复报告病例,并采用Excel 2021软件对报告病例的三间分布进行描述流行病学分析。
    结果 2021—2023年新疆人间布鲁菌病疫情波及14个地(州、市),95个县(市、区),累计报告病例18094例,年均发病率23.33/10万,其中,农民70.32%;伊犁哈萨克自治州、昌吉回族自治州、喀什地区、阿克苏地区、塔城地区报告病例数占62.99%;3—8月报告病例数占69.13%,各年龄组均有病例报告,最小年龄28 d,最大年龄97岁,30~60岁组报告病例数占73.40%;男性年均发病率31.95/10万,女性年均发病率14.12/10万,男女性别比为2.42∶1。
    结论 新疆人间布病疫情处于较高态势,病例分布范围较广泛,以参与劳动生产的青壮年农民为主,男性高于女性,有明显季节高发特征。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Xinjiang from 2021 to 2023 and provide evidence for the implementation of human brucellosis preventive and control measures.
    Methods The incidence data of human brucellosis in Xinjiang from 2021 to 2023, excluding Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, were collected from China Disease Prevention and Control Information Management System. Suspected and re-reported cases were excluded. Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted using Excel 2021 to analyze the spatial distribution of reported human brucellosis cases.
    Results A total of 18 094 cases of human brucellosis were reported in 14 prefectures and 95 counties/districts in Xinjiang from 2021 to 2023 with an average annual incidence rate of 23.33/100 000. In the reported cases, 70.32% were farmers. The cases were mainly reported in Ili, Changji, Kashgar, Aksu and Tacheng, accounting for 62.99% of the total cases. The reported cases from March to August accounted for 69.13% of the total cases. The cases were reported in all age groups, with the youngest case aged 28 days and the oldest case aged 97 years, and the cases reported in age group 30-60 years accounted for 73.40% of the total cases. The average annual incidence rate was 31.95/100 000 in men and 14.12/100 000 in women, with a male to female ratio of the cases of 2.42∶1.
    Conclusion The incidence of human brucellosis was at a relatively high level in Xinjiang, with a wide case distribution. The disease mainly affected young and middle-aged farmers, and more cases were men. The incidence of human brucellosis had obvious seasonality with annual case peak during March - August.
