庚型肝炎病毒感染的回顾性调查

A Retrospective Study on GBV-C Infection

  • 摘要: 采用国内合成肽抗原检测１９９２年采集的部分献浆血员血清中庚型肝炎病毒（ＧＢＶ—Ｃ）抗体，阳性率为５．４％（１１／２０３），输血后肝炎病人血清中ＧＢＶ—Ｃ抗体阳性率为９．５％（２／２１），男性阳性率为２．５％（３／１１８），女性为９．４％（１０／１０６）。提示，庚型肝炎在献浆血员和献血员中感染率较高，应尽快研制检测ＧＢＶ—Ｃ诊断试剂盒，开展此型肝炎的流行病学和血清学的研究。

     

    Abstract: GBV-C antibodies were detected in blood doners retrospectively by antigen derived from E.HS3 and NS5 region of GBV-C.Positive rates of anti GBV-C were 5.4% in blood doners and 9.5% in post transfusion hepatitis.The result showed that it was very important to develop a kit of reagents for scanning GBV-C blood doners.
