痢疾 LPS-ELISA-SIgA 诊断方法的临床应用

The Clinical Application of LPS—ELISA—SIgA in the Diagnosis of Shigellosis

  • 摘要: 以LPS—ELISA—SIgA法及细菌培养法对443份粪便标本进行检测,结果显示LPS—ELISA—SIgA法的敏感度和特异度分别为91.43%和96.07%;变异系数为7.32%,约登指数为0.88。表明本法敏感性和特异性均较好,且较稳定,适合基层推广使用。

     

    Abstract: fecal samples were determined by LPS—ELISA—SIgA and bacteria culture.The results showed that the sensitivity of LPS—ELISA—SIgA was 91.43%,and the specificity was 96.07%,coefficient of variation was 7.32%,You Den's index was 0.88.These results indicated that this diagnostic test was a stable,sensitive and specific method.So it was most suitable for diagnosis of shigellosis in hospital.
