中国肾综合征出血热疫源地和疫区分型研究(Ⅰ)高安、广州等地HFRS病人血清分型实验

Study on Types of Hemorragic Fever with Renal Syndron in Chinese Epidemic Areas (Ⅰ)Detection of Serum Types of HFRS in Gaoan and Guangzhou Areas

  • 摘要: 为了解不同地区肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)疫源地和疫区性质 ,应用微量细胞病变中和试验 (MCPENT)方法对收集自山东、江西、河北、北京昌平等地的 131份临床诊断的HFRS病人血清进行了特异性抗体检测 ,其中对荧光抗体滴度较高的 62例病人血清进行了分型研究。结果表明 ,北京昌平、江西高安等为家鼠型疫区 ,广州为家鼠型为主的混合型疫区。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the Characteristics of Various epidemic areas of HFRS,131 Serum Samples of clinic patients diagnosed by MCPENT were collected from some epidemic areas in Shangdong,Jiangxi,Hebei et al.The data showed that the epidemic types in Changping and Gaoan,Jiangxi were type 1 foci.The epidenmic type in Guangzhou was a mixed focux.
