Analysis on The Investigation Results of STD among Prostitutes

  • 摘要: 目的　了解我市性传播疾病 (STD)在特殊人群中的分布规律 ,为政府和卫生行政部门制定相关控制措施提供科学依据。方法　对被公安机关收教的 13 13例卖淫女进行监测 ,在做好体格检查的同时 ,抽静脉血并用一次性无菌棉拭子采取宫颈分泌物分别作艾滋病病毒抗体、梅毒血清学试验及淋球菌培养。结果　STD平均检出率 31.99% ,淋病占首位。结论　卖淫女是STD患病率很高的人群 ,性犯罪及STD感染趋向低龄 ,应尽快采取有效措施控制STD的传播蔓延。

     

    Abstract: Obiective: To investigate the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in high-risk women in order to provide scientific basis for the government and the Health Administration to draw up relevant measures.Methods: To survey 1313 prostitutes being reeducated through labour with physical examination and detecting HIV, syphilis antibodies in the blood sample and Neissenia gonorrhoeae in vaginal secretion. Results: The average attack rate of STD was 31.99%, and the gonorrhoea ranked the first. Conclusions:Prostitutes were the crowd who had higher attack rate of STD.The age of persons who had committed sexual foul and attack rate of STD tended to lower.
