杭州市西湖区1990~2004年甲、乙型病毒性肝炎流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Virus Hepatitis A and B between 1990 and 2004 in Xihu District of Hangzhou City

  • 摘要: 目的了解杭州市西湖区1990~2004年甲、乙型病毒性肝炎流行情况。方法用Excel2000对杭州市西湖区1990~2004年甲、乙型肝炎疫情资料进行综合分析。结果杭州市西湖区1990~2004年甲型肝炎年均报告发病率为29.38/10万,死亡率为0.05/10万,病死率为0.16%,甲型肝炎发病呈明显下降趋势。乙型肝炎年均报告发病率为85.26/10万,死亡率为0.21/10万,病死率为0.24%,15年间呈缓慢下降趋势。结论1990~2004年西湖区病毒性肝炎发病总体呈下降趋势,影响该区病毒性肝炎发病高峰在1990年主要是甲型肝炎和乙型肝炎,在1991~2004年主要是乙型肝炎。甲肝疫苗和乙肝疫苗接种是降低病毒性肝炎发病率的主要手段。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was conducted tO understand the epidemic situation of virus hepatitis A and B between 1990 and 2004 in Xihu District of Hangzhou City.Methods The data of epidemic situation of hepatitis A and B from 1990 to 2004 were generally analyzed with Mi-crosoft Excel 2000.Results The average prevalence rate of hepatitis A was 29.38 lakh.Mortality rate 0.05 lakh.Fatality rate 0.16%.The epidemic trend of hepatitis A remarkably declined from 1990 to 2004.The average prevalence rate of hepatitis B was 85.26 lakh.Mortality and fatality rate were O.21 lakh and 0.24%respectively.The epidemic trend of hepatitis B stably declined for a period of 15 years.Conclusion It had a degressive trend in virus hepatitis epidemic from 1990 to 2004 in Xihu District.A high peak of virus hepatitis was mainly influenced by virus hepatitis A and B in 1990.The virus hepatitis B had been predominant from 1991 to 2004.The vaccinations of virus hepatitis A and B were major means to decrease the prevalence of virus hepaitis.
