幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童缺铁性贫血的相关关系的调查研究

Investigation and Study on Relationship of Helicobacter Pylori Infection with Iron Deficiency Anemia among Children

  • 摘要: 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与儿童缺铁性贫血的相关关系。方法对899例2~7岁入托儿童进行外周血细胞分析、血清铁、血清铁蛋白及HP抗体检测。结果279例儿童感染HP,620例儿童未感染,99例儿童患有缺铁性贫血,其中HP感染的缺铁性贫血儿童58例(20.8%),HP未感染的缺铁性贫血儿童41例(6.7%),经统计学检验二者差异有显著性(!2=39.46,P<0.01)。结论HP感染儿童易患缺铁性贫血,缺铁性贫血儿童易感染HP,HP感染是造成或加重儿童缺铁性贫血的危险因素。

     

    Abstract: Objecfive This research was made to discuss the correlation between helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and iron deficiency anemia (IDA) among children Methods 899 cues of children who have entered the kindergarten and aged from 2 to 7 years old were managed penpheral blood cell analysis,as well as serum iron,semm femtin and HP antibody determination Results 279 cases of children were infected by HP and 99 cases had iron deficiency anemia,of whom there were 58 eases of children who were infected by HP and had iron deficiency anemia at the sam same time (20.8%),compared with 41 cases of IDA without infecfion (6.7%).Statistical was analysis showed a significant difference between both groups(X2=39.46,PHP infected children are apt to suffer from IDA and vise versa.HP infection is a risk factor causing or aggravating iron deficiency anemia in children
