医院军团菌污染状况及其防制对策

Contamination Caused by Legionellae in hospitals and the Countermeasures for Its Prevention and Control

  • 摘要: 目的了解医院军团菌的污染状况,以找出相应防制对策。方法选取12家医院,分别对医院空调冷却塔水、二次供水和管网末梢水(出厂水)进行军团菌检测。结果48份冷却塔水样品中分离出22株军团菌,军团菌阳性检出率为45.83﹪,二次供水军团菌检出率为9.09﹪,管网末梢水未检出军团菌。结论医院空调冷却塔水军团菌污染状况较为严重,对其危险性应引起高度重视,二次供水的军团菌污染也不容忽视,应进行有效控制,以防止军团病的暴发流行。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was to find out the status of water contamination caused by legionellae in hospitals and probe into corresponding prevention and control measures.Methods Water samples from air condition cooling tower,secondary ware supply and drinking water supply system in 12 randomly selected hospitals were collected and tested for legionellae.Results 22 out of 48 water samples from air condition cooling tower were positive for legionellae (45.83%),2 out of 22 water samples from secondary water supply system were positive (9.09%).No legionellae was found in samples from drinking water supply system.Conclusion The air condition cooling tower and secondary water supply system in hospitals were contaminated by legionellae.Corresponding preventive and control measures should be formulated to prevent legionnaires' disease outbreak.
