1990～2004年某高校大学生新登记肺结核情况调查分析

In vestigation and analysis of newly registered cases of pulmonary tuberculosis among the undergraduates in an institution of higher learning from 1990 to 2004

摘要: 目的了解肺结核病在大学生中的发生发展过程,及对采取措施的效果评价。方法对该校1990～2004年结核病疫情进行监测和分析。结果 1990～2004年大学生新登记结核病病人183例,痰涂片阳性23例,平均年发病率为115．28/10万,痰涂片阳性率为12．57%。结论该校大学生结核登记率呈上升趋势,应加强大学生结核病的监测防治,以降低发病率和控制暴发流行。

Abstract: Objective The present investigation was made to understand the morbid process of pulmonary tuberculosis among undergraduates and to evaluate the efficacy of measures taken．Methods The epidemic situation of tuberculosis in the university from 1990 to 2004 was monitored and analyzed．Results There were 183 undergraduates who were newly found to suffer from tuberculosis from 1990 to 2004，of whom 23 cases had a positive sputum smear．The average annual incidence was 115.28/lakh with the rate of positive sputum smear being 12.57％．Conclusion The registration rate of tuberculosis among undergraduates in the university presents an increasing trend．Surveillance and prevention and treatment of tuberculosis among university undergraduates should be reinforced to decrease the incidence and control outbreak of the disease
