巩义市布氏菌病暴发的流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis outbreak

  • 摘要: 目的了解布氏菌病在局部地区暴发的原因及流行特征,为今后预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样和血清流行病学法进行疾病暴发调查。结果经布氏菌试管凝集试验检测87只羊,感染率为27.6%,检测畜主82人,感染率为33.0%,其他人的感染率为0.2%。结论本次布氏菌病人间暴发可能是由染疫羊通过污染的空气尘埃,间接传播给人导致的布氏菌病暴发。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was designed to understand the reasons and epidemiological characteristics for brucellosis outbreak in local areas.And therefore to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of this disease in the future.Methods The cluster sampling and seroepidemiological method were adopted for investigation of outbreak of the disease.Resuits The Tube Agglutination Tlest of Brucella for 87 sheep showed an infection rate of 27.6%,for 82 livestock owners 33.0%.While for other people 0.2%.Conclusion ThiS outbreak of brucellosis among people maybe resulted from indirect transmission of brucella through dust in the air,which was contaminated by infectious sheep.
