1986-2005年上海市卢湾区居民损伤与中毒死因分析

摘要: 目的分析上海市卢湾区居民损伤与中毒(以下简称损伤)死亡的流行特征和变化态势。方法1986～2001年的死因分类按国际疾病分类法ICD-9、2002～2005年按国际疾病分类法ICD-10进行标准分类,统计分析了1986～2005年卢湾区居民损伤死亡资料。结果1986～2005年年均损伤死亡率为47.75/10万(49.89/10万～43.15/10万),80～岁组损伤死亡率最高,女性高于男性,是男性的1.16～1.45倍;损伤跌落、交通事故、自杀为引起损伤死亡的前3位外部原因。结论损伤已经成为严重影响卢湾区居民健康、生命及劳动力人口质量的主要因素,是目前较为重要的公共卫生问题,应引起足够重视。Abstract: Objective The study was to analyze the epidemic characteristics and trends of death from injuries and poisonings (hereinafter referred to as injuries) of residents in Luwan District of Shanghai Municipality．Methods The causes of death from 1986 to 2001 were classified in accordance with International Classification of Diseases of ICD-9．While from 2002 to 2005 International Classification of Diseases of ICD-10，and SO the data on death for injuries of residents in LuWan District from 1986 to 2005 were analyzed．Resuits The annual average death rate for injuries from 1986 tO 2005 was 47.75/lakh (49.89/lakh～43.15/lakh)．The death rate of people aged above 80 was the highest．And the female higher than the male with 1.16～1.45 times of the male．Falling．Traffic accident and suicide were the top three external reasons for the death．Conclusion Injuries have become the main factors seriously influencing the health，life and labor force population quality of residents in Luwan District，and as an important problem of public health at present．It should be taken seriuosly．
