A comparative analysis on the direct network reporting of legal infectious diseases in Talzhou in 2006

  • 摘要: 目的 了解泰州市2006年传染病疫情报告的现状和存在的问题.方法 用率、比和x2、检验等对泰州市和扬州市2006年传染病疫情报告数据进行比较分析.结果 泰州市2006年传染病报告发病率为149.90/10万,低于扬州市的238.73/10万.扬州市不同类别医疗机构传染病报告数所占比例更为接近,泰州市乡镇医疗机构传染病报告数的比例低于扬州市近5个百分点.报告数前5位病种中,扬州市的性病构成比高于泰州市,以传染病为主的突发事件报告起数及其发病例数分别是泰州的6倍和4.44倍.结论 与扬州相比,泰州市乡镇级医疗机构存在较高的传染病漏报率,性病是各级医疗机构的主要漏报病种,爆发疫情的报告存在一定的漏洞.

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was conducted to understand the current status and the existing problems of the direct network reporting of infectious diseases in the city of Taizhou. Methods Acomparative analysis of the reported data on the epidemic situations of infectious diseases occurring inTaizhou and Yangzhou in 2006 was made using the rate, the ratio and the chi- square test. Results It was found that the reported incidence of infectious diseases in Taizhou and Yangzhou was 149.90 and238.73/lakh, respectively. There was a similar proportion in the number of cases of reported infectious diseases in medical facilities at different levels in Yangzhou city. The proportion of the reported casesof infectious diseases from the town and township hospitals in Taizhou was five percent lower than thatin Yangzhou. As far as the top five diseases in terms of the reported number were concerned, the proportion of sexually transmitted diseases was higher in Yangzhou than in Taizhou. The reportedincidents of infectious diseases and the number of cases in Yangzhou were 6 and 4.44 times as manyas those in Taizhou. Conclusion Compared with those in Yangzhou, there was a higher missing report rate of infectious diseases in the town and township medical facilities in Taizhou with STDsbeing the major diseases that failed to be reported. Some loopholes existed in the reporting of epidemic outbreaks.
