2004-2005年江苏省徐州市消灭脊髓灰质炎策略实施效果评价

Evaluation on effect of strategies for poliomyelitis eradication implemented in Xuzhou City from 2004 to 2005

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2004-2005年徐州市消灭脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)策略实施情况.方法 收集2004-2005年报告的57例急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例的个案调查表和随访表,采集病例粪便标本、初免接种对象免前和免后血清标本和0、1、2、3、4~9岁健康人群血清标本,之后分别进行病毒分离和抗体滴度检测.结果 2004-2005年报告的57例AFP病例发病年龄最大的14岁,最小的2日龄,男性37例,女性20例,分布于10个县(区),免疫次数4次的占78.90%.15岁以下儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率分别为为1.99/10万和1.67/10万.Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊髓灰质炎疫苗基础免疫成功率分别为96.67%、98.33%、100.00%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊灰中和抗体阳性率分别为96.62%、94.94%、90.29%.结论 徐州市消灭脊髓灰质炎策略实施效果良好.

     

    Abstract: Objective This analysis was conducted to evaluate the current situation, present problems and influential factors in the reports of routine immunization coverage rate in Zhejiang Province. Methods Monitoring data of routine immunization surveyed from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed.Results The immunization coverage rates of five vaccines(BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, HBV) ranged from 98.71% to 99.65%, while the estimated rates ranged from 72.86% to 112.11% in 2000-2004, indicating significance with the reported rates. The different value(D) showed that the data of 2000 were unbelievable, the data in 2001, 2002 and 2004 doubtful and the data in 2003 reliable, main reason associated with the incompletion of EPI administration for floating children. Conclusion Evaluating the immunization rate from the population data on statistic yearbook issued by the higher level is not reliable.
