2000-2005年甘肃省务川县甲型病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis A in Wuchuan County of Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2005

  • 摘要: 目的 了解甘肃省务川县甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)流行特征,为制定防治对策提供科学依据.方法 采用描述流行病学分析方法,比较分析人群在甲肝疫苗接种前后的甲肝流行特征.结果 接种甲肝疫苗前,甲肝发病逐年增高,发病高峰在4~8月,以学生发病为多,其次是农民,发病以5~9岁年龄为主.开展甲肝疫苗接种后,甲肝的发病率逐年下降,大年龄组发病比重增加,发病季节集中度降低,没有明显的季节性,各年龄组发病差别不大,发病仍以农民与学生较多.结论 接种甲肝疫苗能有效降低甲肝的发病率,保护广大人民群众的身体健康.

     

    Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to explore the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis A and to provide the scientific basis for preventive approaches.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted to compare the epidemiological characteristics before and after the vaccination of hepatitis A among people.Results Before the vaccination of hepatitis A,its incidence was increasing year after year with the peak in 4-8 months,and the major affected were students and secondly farmers,the major age ranging from 5 to 9.After the vaccination,the incidence rate of hepatitis A dropped largely by year and the proportion of older age group increased.Seasonal incidence concentration decreased while no significant seasonal incidence and no difference between each age group were observed.The major affected were still farmers and students.Conclusion Hepatitis A vaccination can significantly reduce the incidence of hepatitis A and protect people from the disease.
