Abstract: Objective　This study was designed to establish the database of HPV (human papilloma virus) infected patients and evaluate the practical value of this database. Methods　A detailed record of patients receiving HPV detection at the outpatient department of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College since 2005 was collected, which included the age, the sexual partners number, the time of first sexual activity, TCT findings, etc, to establish the Access database. Results　A total of 2267 patients received HPV test during the past two years. The established database can give a timely summary of HPV infection status in the city and provide valuable information for the clinicians and health policy makers. Meanwhile, network sharing of the database was realized. Conclusion　Access database of HPV infected patients can provide accurate information for long-term follow-up and network sharing.
