西安市结核分枝杆菌耐药性初步调查

Pilot study on drug resistance of  Mycobacterium tuberculosis in  Xi’an city, Shaanxi province, China

  • 摘要: 目的 了解西安市结核分枝杆菌临床分离株耐药状况。方法 采用抽样调查方法,于2005年5-8月调查收集西安市13个区(县)结防所门诊所有拟诊病例痰标本,用改良罗氏培养基进行病原分离,鉴别培养基培养法进行菌型鉴定。对分离到的结核分枝杆菌采用绝对浓度法对4种一线抗结核药物, 异烟肼(INH)、 利福平(RFP)、 链霉素(SM)和乙胺丁醇(EMB), 进行药物敏感性检测。结果 104株结核分枝杆菌对4种一线抗结核药物, INH、 RFP、 SM和EMB,全部敏感的菌株为71株(68.3%);耐药菌株33株(31.7%),其中, 单耐药菌株12株(11.5%),耐多药菌株21株(20.2%)。结核分枝杆菌对4种一线药物INH、 RFP、 SM和EMB的耐药率分别为24.0%(25/104)、 18.7%(19/104)、16.3%(17/104)和2.9%(3/104)。结论 西安市结核分枝杆菌的耐药情况较为严重,在结核病防治工作中应给予充分重视。

     

    Abstract: Objective By drug susceptibility testing of clinical isolated Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.TB) to four first line anti TB trugs, to know the situation of drug resistant Shaanxi epidemic M.TB strains,provide a foundation for tuberculosis clinical treatment. Methods Clinical isolated M.TB strains were tested with absolute concentration method.And the types were identified by differential medium culture method. Results Among 104 clinical isolated M.TB strains,71 strains were sensitive to four first line anti TB trugs(SM, RFP, INH, EMB; 68.3%), 33 strains were drug resistant (31.7%). Among drug resistant strains,12 strains were single drug resistant, muti drug resistant strain was 21.104 M.TB were 24.0%,18.7%, 16.3% and 2.9% to resistant INH, RFP, SM and EMB respectively. Conclusion Clinical isolated M.TB of Shaanxi is very serious on drug resistant. Drug resistant TB should be give a sufficiency attention.
