Molecular typing of Yersinia

  • 摘要: 耶尔森菌属包括11个种,其中能引起人类疾病的有鼠疫耶尔森菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和假结核耶尔森菌.本文综述了目前耶尔森菌多种分子分型技术的研究现状.这些分子分型技术是对常规表型分型技术的补充和深入,使我们对所要研究的细菌有更加全面的了解.

     

    Abstract: The Yersinia genus includes 11 species, of which Yersinia pestis, Yersinia enterocolitica and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis infect human beings. This paper summarizes the progress of researches on a variety of molecular typing techniques for Yersinia. These techniques are the supplementary and in-depth developed approaches of conventional phenotype typing methods by which we can gain a more comprehensive understanding of desired bacteria.
