四川省攀枝花市首例狂犬病死亡病例流行病学调查报告

Epidemiological survey of the first human rabies death in Panzhihua, Sichuan province

摘要: 对攀枝花市首次报告的1例疑似狂犬病病例进行现场流行病学调查和实验室检测。患者被犬咬伤后,未对伤口进行正确处理,未注射人用狂犬病疫苗和狂犬病免疫球蛋白,78 d后发病,10 d后呼吸、循环系统衰竭死亡。采集病例唾液标本,检测结果为狂犬病病毒核酸阳性。

Abstract: Epidemiological survey and laboratory detection were conducted for the first suspected human rabies cases in Panzhihua. The cases didnt receive correct postexposure wound treatment after being bitten by dog, and received neither rabies vaccination nor rabies immune globulin injection; The case had the disease onset 78 days latter, and died due to respiratory and circulatory failures 10 days latter after the onset. The saliva sample was taken from the case and detected to be rabies virus nucleic acid positive.
