2008-2010年天津市蓟县手足口病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiology of hand foot and mouth diseases in Jixian, Tianjin, 2008-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 分析天津市蓟县2008-2010年手足口病的流行病学特征。为预防和控制手足口病提供参考依据。 方法 采用描述流行病学方法对蓟县2008-2010年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。 结果 蓟县2008-2010年蓟县共报告手足口病6655例。2010年出现流行态势,报告病例数较2009年和2008年分别上升了320.32%和863.88%。2008年在7月出现一个小高峰;2009年5-7月,10月出现两个小高峰;2010年6月出现一陡峭尖峰,11月出现一个小高峰。2010年疫情由东部向西部及南部迅速蔓延。检测肠道病毒71型(human Enterovirus 71, EV71)阳性率达61.54%。 结论 2008-2010年蓟县手足口病发病出现逐年增强的趋势。2010年出现流行态势,流行株为EV71。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Jixian in Tianjin and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of HFMD in Jixian during 2008-2010. Results A total of 6655 HFMD cases were reported during the period. The epidemic probably occurred in 2010, the case number increased by 320.32 times and 863.88 times respectively compared with 2009 and 2008. One incidence peak occurred in July in 2008 and two incidence peaks occurred in 2009, one was during May-July, another one was in October. One incidence peak occurred June and a sub-peak occurred in November in 2010. The disease spread quickly from eastern area to western and southern areas. The positive rate of EV71 was 61.54%. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD increased annually from 2008 to 2010. The epidemic seemed to occur in 2010, the pathogen was EV71.
