辽宁省1株犬种布鲁氏菌分离株的分子生物学鉴定

Molecular identification of one Brucella canis strain isolated in Liaoning

  • 摘要: 目的 对2010年辽宁省分离的1株疑似犬种布鲁氏菌进行生物型及分子生物学鉴定。 方法 采用布鲁氏菌常规鉴定分型方法,结合多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)和多位点可变数量串联重复序列分析(MLVA)方法。 结果 常规分型方法和MLVA方法鉴定该分离株为犬种布鲁氏菌。 结论 采用传统分型方法,同时结合MLVA方法对布鲁氏菌进行分型鉴定,可以增加鉴定工作的稳定性与正确性。但多重PCR结果也提示犬种布鲁氏菌与猪种布鲁氏菌的亲缘关系较近。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the biotype and molecular biological characteristics of 1 suspected strain of Brucella canis isolated in Liaoning province in 2010. Methods The conventional subtyping, multiplex-PCR and multiple-locus variable-number tandem-repeat analysis (MLVA) were conducted. Results The strain was identified as Brucella canis by conventional subtyping and MLVA. Conclusion The conventional subtyping plus MLVA can improve the stability and accuracy of the identification. However, multiplex PCR results also suggest that Brucella canis and Brucella suis have close genetic relationship.
