安徽省六安市艾滋病夫妻传播病例对照研究
Case-control study on sexual HIV transmission between husband and wife in Luan, Anhui

摘要: 目的 了解艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)夫妻间传播的特点和影响因素,为艾滋病防制提供依据。 方法 采用病例对照研究方法,选择夫妻一方是HIV抗体阳性, 通过性行为导致对方感染HIV的作为病例,对方未被感染的夫妻为对照,进行调查并进行危险因素分析。 结果 单因素分析显示:夫妻任一方性病史(2=3.925,P=0.048)、性行为频次(2=17.3,P=0.001)是夫妻间HIV性传播的影响因素。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:夫妻任一方性病史(OR=7.06, 95%CI:1.13~44.19)、性行为频次1~2次/周(OR=10.01, 95%CI:2.65~38.47) 及3次/周(OR=6.14, 95%CI:1.39~27.18)是影响夫妻之间HIV 传播的独立危险因素。 结论 夫妻任一方性病史、性行为频次1~2次/周及3次/周是HIV夫妻间HIV传播的危险因素。Abstract: Objective To analyze the characteristics of HIV transmission and related factors between husband and wife, and provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control. Methods A case-control study was conducted,the case group was HIV infected couples in whom the transmission occurred through sexual contact with infected husband or wife, and the control group was healthy couples. Results Univariate analysis showed that STD history of husband or wife (2=3.925, P=0.048)and sexual behavior frequency (2=17.3,P=0.001)were the risk factors leading to HIV infection between husband and wife. The logistic regression analysis indicated that STD history of husband or wife (OR=7.06, 95%CI:1.13-44.19), having sexual behavior for 1-2 times per week (OR=10.01, 95% CI:2.65-38.47) and having sexual behavior for 3 times per week (OR=6.14, 95% CI:1.39-27.18) were the independent risk factors for HIV transmission between husband and wife. Conclusion STD history of husband or wife, having sexual behavior for 1-2 times and 3 times per week are the risk factors of HIV transmission between husband and wife.
