一起食用腌制溪蟹引起肺吸虫病聚集性疫情的调查

Investigation of an outbreak of paragonimiasis caused by eating pickled crabs

摘要: 2013年10月，浙江省松阳县发生一起因参加农家乐餐馆聚餐食用腌制溪蟹引起的肺吸虫病聚集性疫情。病例临床主要表现为咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、腹痛症状。采用斑点金免疫渗滤法，检测13名聚餐者血清肺吸虫抗体，阳性7例，阳性率53.8%。与腌制溪蟹同一来源地点捕捉的11只溪蟹有8只检出卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴，检出率为72.7%。综合发病者病史、临床表现和实验室检测，确定为一起肺吸虫病聚集性疫情。

Abstract: In October 2013, an outbreak of paragonimiasis caused by eating preserved crabs (Potamon) occurred in Songyang county, Zhejiang province. The major manifestations of the cases included cough, expectoration, chest pain and abdominal pain. Blood samples were collected from 13 people eating preserved crabs to detect antibodies to paragonimiasis with DIGFA, 7 people were positive (53.8%). Meanwhile, metacercariea of Paragonimus westermani were detected in 8 out of 11 crabs which were caught from the same section of a stream with the preserved crabs, the positive rate was 72.7%. It was confirmed that it was an outbreak of paragonimiasis based on the medical history, clinical symptoms and laboratory test Results of the cases.
