活性雾离子对分枝杆菌的消毒效果评价

Evaluation of effect of active mist ion air disinfection on Mycobacterium

  • 摘要:
      目的  评价活性雾离子智能空气消毒机对分枝杆菌的灭菌效果,为分枝杆菌感染的有效控制提供新的技术。
      方法  依据《消毒技术规范》(2002版)进行活性雾离子消毒效果评价试验。 采用分枝杆菌评价代表菌株龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种ATCC 93326株,常规培养,制备108 cfu/mL的菌液,取10 μL菌液滴加在布片及不锈钢片两种载体上,经活性雾离子智能空气消毒机喷雾消毒2、6、12、24 h后洗脱,洗脱液倍比稀释后,取100 μL涂布于7H10+10%油酸–牛血清白蛋白–葡萄糖–过氧化氢酶 (OADC)平板,培养4 d,菌落计数,计算杀灭率及杀灭对数值。
      结果  消毒作用6 h时,活性雾离子对分枝杆菌的杀灭率达97.95%;延长消毒时间至12及24 h,杀灭率>99.99%,杀灭对数值>3.0。 不同材质的载体效果有差异,对钢片上结核菌的杀灭效果略好于布片。
      结论  人机共存型活性雾离子能有效杀灭分枝杆菌,活性雾离子智能空气消毒机适用于分枝杆菌的空气及物表消毒,有效控制分枝杆菌感染。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To evaluate the effect of an active mist ion air disinfection machine on Mycobacterium and provide a new technology for effective control of Mycobacterium infection.
      Methods  According to the “Technical Specification for Disinfection” (2002 edition), the disinfection effect of the active mist ion air disinfection machine was evaluated. After recovery and activation by three times passage culture on Löwenstein-Jensen (L-J) slants, 108 cfu/mL bacterial solution of Mycobacterium chelonensis subspecies abscessus ATCC 93326, a representative strain for Mycobacterium evaluation, was prepared, then 10 μL bacteria solution were dropped on two kinds of carriers, cloth strips and stainless steel discs. After the disinfection by tested active mist ion air disinfection machine for 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours, the bacteria were eluted and counted by 10×folds dilution and 100 μL was cultured on 7H10+10% oleic acid-albumin-dextrose-catalase (OADC) for four days. The killing rate and killing logarithm were calculated.
      Results  After 6 hours of disinfection, this air disinfection machine showed a killing rate of 97.95% for Mycobacterium. When the disinfection lasted for 12 and 24 hours, the killing rate was >99.99% and the killing logarithm was >3. The disinfection effect was slightly better on stainless steel discs than on cloth strips.
      Conclusion  This active mist ion air disinfection machine is effective for killing Mycobacteria and is suitable for the air and surface disinfection and effective control of Mycobacterium infection.
