2012-2021年内蒙古自治区开鲁县道路交通伤害监测病例分析

Surveillance for road traffic injury in Kailu, Inner Mongolia, 2012−2021

      目的  分析内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)开鲁县道路交通伤害流行情况及其特点,为制定道路交通伤害防控措施提供依据。
      方法  收集2012年1月1日至2021年12月31日于内蒙古开鲁县监测哨点医院门急诊就诊的道路交通伤害病例,采用描述性流行病学方法分析道路交通伤害病例的流行特征。 计算构成比,组间比较选用χ2检验或趋势χ2检验。
      结果  2012—2021年共收集道路交通伤害病例9 702例,其中机动车道路交通伤害占88.02%。 2012—2015年病例逐年上升,2015年后呈波动性递减。 道路交通伤害病例男女性别比为 1.65∶1,病例主要集中在15~64岁(88.27%)。 高峰月份为每年的5月(10.98%)和9月(11.20%),每天发生高峰时间为 8:00−11:00(34.21%)和15:00—17:00 (20.37%)。 道路交通伤害发生时的活动主要是驾乘交通工具(60.63%)受伤部位主要为头部(34.04%),结局主要为处理后离院(51.53%)。
      结论  道路交通伤害干预重点为男性青壮年和中年人群,并且应加强头部等重点部位的防护,最大程度减少并降低道路交通伤害的发生和严重程度。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the incidence and characteristics of road traffic injury in Kailu County, Inner Mongolia, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of road traffic injury.
      Methods  The incidence data of road traffic injury in Kailu from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021 were collected from the outpatient and emergency departments of local sentinel hospitals. The epidemiological characteristics of road traffic injury cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. The constituent ratio was calculated, and χ2 test or trend χ2 test were used for the comparison between groups.
      Results  A total of 9 702 road traffic injury cases were reported from 2012 to 2021, of which the injury cases caused by motor vehicle accidents accounted for 88.02%. The incidence of road traffic injury showed an upward trend from 2012 to 2015, but showed a fluctuated downward trend after 2015. The male to female ratio of road traffic injury cases was 1.65∶1, and the cases were mainly distributed in people aged 15–64 years (88.27%). The annual incidence peaks occurred in May (10.98%) and September (11.20%), and the cases mainly occurred during 08:00 to 11:00 am (34.21%) and during 15:00–17:00 pm (20.37%). The main activities of the cases when road traffic injury occurred were driving and vehicle riding (60.63%),the main injury site was head (34.04%), and the main outcome was mild injury (51.53%).
      Conclusion  Road traffic injury intervention should focus young and middle-aged men, and the protection of key body sites, such as head, should be strengthened to minimize or reduce the incidence and severity of road traffic injury.
