2023年甘肃省平凉市2起布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情的处置与分析

Response to 2 brucellosis outbreaks in Pingliang, Gansu, 2023

    目的 通过分析2023年甘肃省平凉市华亭市和泾川县两自然村2起布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情暴发原因,提出防控建议,为今后预防和控制此类事件的发生提供参考。
    方法 采用现场流行病学调查和实验室检测相结合的方法对2起暴发疫情进行溯源和传染途径分析,采用描述性流行病学方法对调查内容和检测结果进行描述。
    结果 华亭市某自然村暴发疫情共发现确诊病例4例,其中3例农民,1例学生;病例发病时间为2023年1月28日至3月27日;畜间检测结果显示家养13只羊为布病阳性。泾川县某自然村暴发疫情共发现确诊病例3例,其中2例农民,1例学生,病例发病时间为2023年5月18日至6月7日;畜间血清学检测家养1头牛显示为布病阳性。
    结论 平凉市2起布病疫情暴发的主要原因是密切接触家养病牛羊及其流产物而导致。 建议加强农村地区尤其是养殖散户的布病宣传教育,畜牧部门规范调运检疫流程,联防联控,共同保障人民健康。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  To investigate the causes of brucellosis outbreaks in two natural villages in Huating and Jingchuan counties, Pingliang prefecture, Gansu province in 2023, and provide reference for brucellosis prevention and control in the future.
    Methods A field epidemiological investigation and laboratory detection were conducted to trace the sources and identify the transmission routes of the two outbreaks. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the case investigation and experiment results.
    Results In Huating, a total of 4 cases were found in a natural village, in whom 3 were farmers and 1 was student. The cases occurred from January 28th to March 27th in 2023. The serological test results showed that 13 domestic sheep were positive for Brucella. In Jingchuan, a total of 3 cases were found in a natural village, in whom 2 were farmers and 1 was student. The cases occurred from May 18th to June 7th in 2023. The serological test results showed that one domestic cow were positive for Brucella.
    Conclusion The main cause of the two outbreaks of brucellosis in Pingliang was the close contact with infected domestic cattle and sheep and their abortion products. It is suggested to strengthen the health education about brucellosis in rural areas, especially in livestock breeding farmers, standardize livestock transport and quarantine process and conduct joint prevention and control to protect people's health.
